  1.  Are shipping fees refundable?  Only if it's a mistake on our end, i.e., sent wrong size or color. 
 
 2.   Do you use my email address for unsolicited  materials?  No!  We will only send you information from  Msheel.com
 
  3. What is the return policy? We accept returns with an authorization # only!  You must contact us within 5 (five) days of receipt of merchandise to obtain an a# (authorization #).  Merchandise (unused, unworn  and in original box) MUST reach us within 10 days of receiving a#.  If not, refund is automatically forfeited!  We also reserve the right to refuse refund, if after receiving merchandise, determine that merchandise has been worn and/or damaged.  Please allow a maximum of 30 (thirty)
        days to process your refund. 
       
 
  4. Do you have gift certificates? Yes we do!  Please call us @(404) 593-5331 to purchase  gift certificates.

 7. How often do you receive new merchandise?  New heels are always arriving.  You can check back often, orrr, you can save your pretty lil self some time and sign up to receive email alerts for new arrivals, sales and discount codes! Click box on left to become a Ms. Heel.
 
 
  8. I have a great quote, how do I get it on the site? Oh the next Shakespeare you, send it to us via our contact page. Just insert  it into the comment box.   We would luvvv to publish them
all (we receive a ton) but unfortunately we can't.  But if it blows us away (makes us laugh or say, "Aww.") you will be notified and  receive your much deserved credit.  Please give big props to the rightful person who uttered such amazing words (if not yours).
 
  9. Does Ms Heel.com have a Satisfaction Guaranteed policy? It's similiar to sex, we will do everything and we do mean everything to please you.  But we can't be responsible for heels breaking, due to dancing like a mad woman, kicking someone's ass in a catfight, being a beginner and failing Heels 101 or letting your toddler or husband (don't act like this doesn't happen), walk in them.   We work really hard to buy only quality heels from reputable manufacturers.
 
 10. How is sales tax determined? We only charge sales tax to orders from customers who reside in the state of Georgia.  By the way, we wanna give a special shout-out to all our sexy  Georgia Peaches...haay!
 
 11. Do we ship overseas? Sure we do!

Is MsHeel.com a"green" company? Yes we are!  Because shoes already come in their own box from the manufacturer, we've decided to become treehuggers and only ship heels inside another box when you buy multiple pairs of shoes.  Otherwise, we'll  send your heels only wrapped in kraft paper.  Together we'll save this planet yet!
