  1.  Are shipping fees refundable?  Only if it's a mistake on our end, i.e., sent wrong size or color. 
 
 2.   Do you use my email address for unsolicited  materials?  No!  We will only send you information from  Msheel.com
 
  3. What is the return policy? We accept returns with an authorization # only!  You must contact us within 5 (five) days of receipt of merchandise to obtain an a# (authorization #).  Merchandise (unused, unworn  and in original box) MUST reach us within 10 days of receiving a#.  If not, refund is automatically forfeited!  We also reserve the right to refuse refund, if after receiving merchandise, determine that merchandise has been worn and/or damaged.  Please allow a maximum of 30 (thirty)
        days to process your refund. 
       
 
  4. Do you have gift certificates? Yes we do!

  6. Do you offer gift wrapping? Of course we do sweetie...Please leave a note in "order comments" box at time of checkout.  We will wrap your entire purchases or only the ones you specify.
                                           
  
                                       
 7. How often do you receive new merchandise?  New heels are always arriving.  You can check back often, orrr...you can save your pretty lil self some time and sign up to receive email alerts for new arrivals, sales and discount codes! Click box on left to become a Ms. Heel.
 
 
  8. I want to pay by Money Order, how does this work?  You can choose Money Order as a payment option at checkout.  We must receive your Money Order/Cashier's Check (drawn from a U.S. bank), within seven (7) days from the day you place your order.  If an international order, you have ten (10) days to mail your money order to us.  Our address is provided at time of checkout.

  9. Does Ms Heel.com have a Satisfaction Guaranteed policy? It's similiar to sex, we will do everything and we do mean everything to please you.  But we can't be responsible for heels breaking, due to dancing like a mad woman, kicking someone's ass in a catfight, being a beginner and failing Heels 101 or letting your toddler or husband (don't act like this doesn't happen), walk in them.   We work really hard to buy only quality heels from reputable manufacturers.
 
10.  I live in another Country, how do I convert U.S. sizes to my country sizing?  Our shoes are displayed in U.S. sizing, please see chart below to convert from U.S. to the country in which you reside:

 11. How is sales tax determined? We only charge sales tax to orders from customers who reside in the state of Georgia.  By the way, we wanna give a special shout-out to all our sexy  Georgia Peaches...haayyy!
 
 12. Do we ship internationally? Sure we do! Place your order and at checkout a list of countries that we ship to, will be in drop-down box.  If you don't see your country, please contact us and we'll check to see if that's a country we may have missed & accidentally left off our list.
 
 
13. Is MsHeel.com a"green" company? Yes we are! We want to save this damn planet yet! We do not send copies of your sale, i.e., receipt inside the shipping box with heels.  You have the option of printing a copy of your sale at time of purchase.  Or you can always log back into your account and print a copy at your convenience.

14.  I left heels in my cart, but now they're no longer there-help!  When you put heels in a cart, they ARE NOT officially yours, until you actually proceed to checkout and pay!  If your credit card is declined, your order will automatically be cancelled.  Also, if you pay via PayPal, if payment is not received within a reasonable amount of time, your order will be cancelled and your heels put back into inventory.  Please refresh your account after logging out when you check back in to check for heel availability.

15.  What is a Pre-Order?  A pre-order is when a heel is NOT in stock YET.  We usually offer a discount price and free shipping when a heel is not in stock.  The date of expected (not guaranteed) arrival is always listed.  It's a really smart idea to take advantage of this deal.  Saves you money and gets you your size before it sells out.

16.  When an heel says "Free Shipping" how long will it take to receive heels?  And does this apply to International orders?  Free shipping is sent via parcel post (3-5 days) or we'll sometimes send it Priority Mail (2-3 days @ no additional cost) if shipments have been delayed.  Unfortunately, we simply cannot offer free shipping to other countries due to customs regulations.  If you fail to specify a fee based shipping to your international order, we will bill you for the shipping before order is shipped.

17.  Can I place my heel order by phone?  Yes you can Ms. Heel.  Please call us @ 888 588 4201.  Monday thru Friday 8am - 8pm est.  And on Saturdays: 9am-5pm est.

What's a coupon code?  A coupon code is word/phrase or combination of numbers and letters that you enter into box when placing an order.  It will offer a percentage or dollar amount off of a heel or your entire purchase.  Wondering how to get one?  Well Ms. Heel, you should like our facebook or twitter pages to stay updated; because we ALWAYS have special discounts for those fans.  As well as submitting your email to become a Ms. Heel.  Plus, it's a good idea to check out our daily blog.   There's a code right at the top (hint, hint).
